The following are the application requirements for the investor

Individuals

Proof of Identity – A certified copy of the passport or Identity Card showing photo and signature;
Proof of residential address -Certified or original recent utility bill or bank statement or other proof of permanent residential address (dated in last three months).
Relevant application form

Entities

A certified copy of the entity’s corporate documents
A certified copy of the entity’s certificate of incumbency;
Copy of Board resolution authorising the subscription
Certified Authorised Signatories List with specimen signatures
For all directors, shareholders, and/or beneficial owners, information and documentation as outlined above for natural persons
